Pinpoint Offices Case Study
This case study explores how TootleWorks’ SEO helped Pinpoint Offices launch a brand-new website without pre-existing domain authority or even any backlinks. It chronicles the advanced methods we used to ensure this company’s success and ability to achieve its website traffic goals.
Client Overview
Pinpoint Offices is the premier choice for finding creative offices in London. Specialising in unique, inspiring workplaces, it connects businesses with environments that foster creativity and collaboration.
Pinpoint Office’s appeal is its ability to connect companies to the best options in the market that suit their requirements, especially in competitive cities like London. It provides tailored reports covering pricing, availability and promotions so interested firms can find the spaces they need to do their best work.
The Challange
Of course, things weren’t easy for this office location expert. As a newly launched company, Pinpoint faced the challenges of starting from scratch (something most founders and entrepreneurs know all too well).
The company needed a brand new website with no history. It wasn’t even registered with Google, let alone mentioned on other sites. It also had zero backlinks, content, or online presence (even on social media), making the uphill struggle even harder. Many firms come with something already in the tank that SEO specialists can work with, but not Pinpoint, so it was a real challenge!
Pinpoint’s position also presented an opportunity. We had a clean slate to establish their digital presence and drive traffic to their site without baggage. While starting from zero is challenging, it allowed us to craft the precise online presence the enterprise wanted. Our methods didn’t have to deal with failed previous attempts, allowing us to curate our service from start to finish.
Our Approach
To build a strong SEO foundation, we began with our standard industry audit. This process involves an in-depth analysis to learn the competitive landscape and target audience and tailor services to it. We looked at things like the competitor landscape, what companies are already doing regarding SEO in the sector, and where the opportunities lie.
This step is often something many SEO agencies skip. However, we use it because it gives our clients, including Pinpoint Offices, a strategic advantage, especially when starting up. By delving into the marketplace, we can find the areas where rivals’ SEO is weak, providing additional leverage to improve keyword rankings on Google.
For Pinpoint, this process involved exploring what other free flexible workspace location services were doing in the market. We investigated whether they were building reviews, targeting local SEO, or reaching out on social media.
we began providing services to help the company develop its online presence and become more widely known. The pressure was on, given the brand’s startup status and need to win customers.
On-site SEO was low-hanging fruit for us. We optimised Pinpoint Office’s site structure and headings to ensure best practices were in place. These included ensuring the titles explained what the page was about, adding calls-to-action to encourage dwell time, and providing links to Google Reviews. We also integrated optimal keywords for the company, such as “co-working” and “serviced offices,” while adding on-page office-finder map tools to drive engagement.
The next step was to construct location pages, dedicated pages targeting key searches like “dog-friendly offices in London” and "London office space" to capture niche audiences. We saw an opportunity for Pinpoint Offices to target an underserved market and start generating business immediately.
The site’s London page was especially critical for the brand because of the sheer size of the market. Our team created content explaining how Pinpoint could make searching for a London office effortless and, critically, at no cost to clients (one of Pinpoint’s major selling points). We created graphics describing the process of finding an office, selecting one with the right features, going to office views, and securing the space. Our goal was to present everything in a friendly way that dovetailed with the brand’s style and theme objectives.
While working on the site, we began the link-building process. TootleWorks secured backlinks through external sites to improve domain authority. Our white hat approach adhered to Google’s requirements, reducing risks while enhancing visibility.
Lastly, we focused on citation submissions and content. We ensured the business’s name, address and phone details were identical across various directories while crafting engaging posts to attract and retain visitors.
The Outcome
What did all this effort accomplish? Ultimately, these strategies enabled Pinpoint Offices to achieve a respectable digital visibility in London, helping the platform develop further and faster than its founders anticipated.
We increased traffic to Pinpoint Office’s new website by 210%, growing the number of visits. We also increased leads, with a noticeable rise in enquiries from businesses seeking creative office space.
This case study highlights how a targeted SEO strategy can help a new business establish its presence and grow in a competitive market. It shows how far even modest services can go to build a strong brand and help new enterprises develop a competitive edge.
